Thank you for shopping with Paper Eight. When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for a product plus applicable shipping charges. Once your order is processed you will receive an Order Confirmation by email which includes your order number and details of the items purchased. You will then receive a Shipping confirmation email to notify you that your order has been dispatched.
Please notify us if you do not receive an email confirmation.
Should you need to change or cancel your order please contact the office before your order is shipped and quote your order number as reference. Email: email@example.com
All prices on our site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments Powered by Stripe secure payment gateway and Paper Eight accepts the following methods of payment:
Visa, Mastercard American Express and Apple Pay.
Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your credit card details and we charge the purchase to your account. Charges appear on statements with the reference: SP*PAPEREIGHT
Exchange & Return Policy
We want to make shopping at Paper Eight as easy as possible and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Our Exchange & Return policy is valid for 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You can choose between an exchange or a credit from our store. We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and contact the Paper Eight office within in 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can arrange a speedy and convenient resolution. Please note that no returns will be accepted without a Return Note issued by the Paper Eight office.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt by Paper Eight.
We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Product return and exchange times can vary depending on your shipping location.
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Paper Eight only collects personal information that is necessary for our business to function and for us to be able to provide you with the best customer service possible. We will under no circumstances use your personal information for any other purpose than listed below without asking your permission first, or unless authorized and required to do so by law. The personal information you do provide to us will be used to process your order, answer any enquiries and for administration purposes. We will not intentionally pass on any information that you have provided to any third party.
We send out promotional emails to keep you informed of new product arrivals and special offers we will have available. You may unsubscibe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any email that you receive from us.
